It is very common for children to feel nervous in a classroom, especially before examinations. Most students go into a panic mode when they don’t know what to follow or prepare for the next class. Educators these days have the convenience of the digital platform and instead of constantly sharing the schedule in groups, they can upload it on the learning management system so that students can view it whenever they want from wherever they want. 

Students who have examinations fear working better with a study schedule. They know they have a given time space within which we have to complete a few subjects, this time frame should be wide enough to allow them to complete it without worrying if they would be able to study the topics without exhausting the time limit. Eventually, they are more productive throughout the day, complete their lessons and assignments on time, remain on track, and also overcome their anxiety issues because they are well aware of how prepared they are for examinations or other upcoming events.

Empower them

Empowering students takes motivational skills, which not every teacher might be gifted with. To encourage a child to study, teachers have to adopt various techniques of making classrooms fun so that they finally focus rather than fading off in between classes. To support positive thinking and create positive vibes, schools can try incorporating meditation or yoga classes into school activity clubs.

Keep students busy

Your students get anxious about situations when they have a lot of time to think rather than doing things that help them. Educators can take an extra step and decide for their students about the topics they would be studying for the day, or projects they will be undertaking for the next few weeks. remind them constantly so that they don’t procrastinate and focus on completing the assigned work. A child who is busy doing their schoolwork does not get stressed because they simply do not have the time for it. When they remain physically and mentally active, the productivity session becomes a habit.
